currently is the Vice Chairman of US-Pakistan Business Council, an affiliate

Fazal Shah had a career as computer scientist in the Information Technology field with specific experience relating to nalysis, designing, developing and implementing computer systems and networking.
He trained statewide State personnel on regional computer systems. He has managed and led Small Business
Program for one of defense agency program. He also has extensive experience working with US government agencies and commercial entities to develop relationships and acquire mutual business
His educational background includes a Bachelor in Computer Science as major with minor in Electrical Engineering from PENN State University, Master of Science and Master of Business Administration
(MS & MBA) from University of Maryland University College. His extra curriculum activities include setting up teams to develop strategy and functional programs.
